Everything sold is sold as is, unless stated in the auction listing. All shipping rates are flat rate for shipping within 600 miles of Sevierville, TN. If shipping is beyond this range there may be additional fees for shipping.
We will pack and ship by the pallet with a packaging fee of $45, plus shipping. Contact us after the end of the auction to arrange shipping.
By buying or bidding you agree to the following terms.
- What you bid is all you pay. There are NO EXTRA FEES or BUYERS PREMIUM!
- Payment is expected within 2 days of your winning bid! Items set for pickup must be picked up within 5 days of the auction. Items not picked up will be reauctioned without refund unless pickup arrangements have already been made.
- Item pickup is at our Warehouse Space in The Lockers at 350 New Center Rd, Sevierville, TN 37876. UNIT 66. The side with White Garage Doors.
- Once an item closes and you are the highest bidder, the item is now yours. It is your responsibility to complete payment and pick up your purchase. Buyers that don't pay for or pickup items in the time allowed will be required to keep a deposit on file to bid again. Do not bid unless you know 100% you can pick up your item(s) should you win in the time frame listed above!
- Payments accepted are Cash, and Cards. Cash is preferred, however if you need to use plastic we change a 5% service fee on all credit card payments. Plus sales tax if you are located in TN and do not have a tax exempt form.
