Items won are due for pick up on Saturday 3/2 between 9am to 4pm.

Items marked as NEW have a 15 day guarantee against defects. If there are issues with an item we will swap the item for another unit if possible or issue a full refund. All other items are SOLD AS IS. All shipping rates are flat rate for shipping within 600 miles of Sevierville, TN. If shipping is beyond this range there may be additional fees for shipping. 

We will pack and ship by the pallet with a packaging fee of $45, plus shipping. Contact us after the end of the auction to arrange shipping. For shipped orders, we do accept wire transfers.

By buying or bidding you agree to the following terms.

1. There are NO BUYERS PREMIUM! But we do collect sales tax.
2. LOT Deals, All bids are for the entire lot. Not by the piece.
3. Items won should be picked up, in the time frame allowed. . If you need more time to pickup then online payment is required with a 7% payment processing fee. Any held over items must be picked up within 7 days or the item will be considered abandoned without refund.
4. Item pickup is at our Warehouse Space in The Lockers at 350 New Center Rd, Sevierville, TN 37876. UNIT 68. The side with White Garage Doors.
5. Once an item closes and you are the highest bidder, the item is now yours. It is your responsibility to complete payment and pick up your purchase. You will be automatically invoiced for your items.
6. Payments accepted are Cash, and Cards. Cash is preferred, however if you need to use plastic we change a 7% service fee on all credit card payments. Plus sales tax if do not have a sales tax exempt form.
